Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Dublin, allowing partial work-from-home flexibility. As a Senior Information Technology Project Manager, you will oversee and manage complex IT project in FinTech domain, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivering results on time and within budget. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading project teams, developing and executing project plans, managing risks and resources, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to security and compliance standards in all project deliverables.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Project Planning and Program Management to oversee complex projects from inception to completion.
• Demonstrated expertise in Information Technology, with a deep understanding of IT systems, enterprise architecture, and integration in a financial services or consulting environment.
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• Strong Analytical Skills to identify challenges, assess risks, and drive strategic decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree from reputable institutions (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience managing IT projects in a technology-driven environment.
• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or other project management frameworks is a plus.

Software Engineer (Backend) - Dublin - Hybrid

Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs that power our core products. Collaborate closely with product managers and frontend engineers to deliver reliable features on time. Monitor performance, troubleshoot production issues, and continuously improve code quality and architecture.

Key Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with a modern backend language (e.g., Node.js, Java, Python)
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and database design (SQL or NoSQL)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Strong testing, debugging, and code review skills
• Comfort working in an agile, collaborative environment
